Purely Chocolate began with a quiet conviction: that great chocolate doesn't need much. Just cacao chosen with care and a sweetener drawn from the maples that surround us here in Kawartha Lakes.
Every bar starts as raw beans from sustainably tended farms. We roast, crack, winnow, grind and conch each batch by hand — sweetening only with pure maple sugar tapped a few concessions away.
